The decision to return to nature is increasing among people.

In the last two months, I have received requests from two different customers to leave Istanbul and live in nature in the Western Anatolia region.
First, a suitor appeared for our land located in the Kaz Mountains region. He lives in Istanbul and retired as a lecturer at a university and they are thinking of leaving Istanbul.
To see our relevant parcel, he went to our parcel in Serhat Village of Kaz Mountains, inspected it on site and then made an offer.
I am working on selling my second customer's land in the Balıkesir region.
After the relevant parcels are sold, he will be looking for zoned land in Thrace or the Northern Aegean region. On the other hand, I am also involved in those studies.
He has lived in Istanbul for many years and is in the period of retirement.
It seems that people's demand for returning to nature will increase in the coming period.
In my opinion, southern and western Thrace and the Çanakkale region are a good alternative for people seeking to return to nature.
