For approximately 2.5 years, land and plot prices in the Thrace region have remained almost flat in nominal terms.

In real terms, however, they have declined.

Considering the strong and unpredictable uncertainties in the world, I believe the right time is approaching to buy land, plots, or detached houses in problem-free areas with future potential, at the right price.

The most important point here is to choose desirable real estate, not the lowest price.

Investing in real estate with a strong living scenario will have a higher potential for appreciation, and the process will be faster when you want to sell it, increasing the probability of reaching the target price.

In the Thrace region, I believe the southern coastal area of ​​Çanakkale is one of the attractive investment areas for this type of land, plot, or living space investment. During my exploratory work in the region in late 2025, I came to the conclusion that the Geyikli, Assos, and Behramkale coastal line is the Bodrum of Thrace.
