We are slowly becoming an expert land real estate agent in the Çanakkale Bayramiç region.

I received my first land authorization in Bayramiç district of Çanakkale province in 2021.
It was a parcel in Gedik village. In 2022, I sold the relevant parcel and two more parcels next to it.
Then, in February 2023, two more parcels of land arrived from Serhat Village and Hacıköy Villages.
Finally, recently, two parcels came from Palamutoba Village, one parcel from Sarıot and one parcel from Hacıköy Village.
Working as an authority on different parcels in the Bayramiç region at the foot of the Kaz Mountains for three years contributed greatly to my perception of the price trend of the region.
One of the important criteria of expert real estate is to master the price dynamics of the region.
During the process, I carried out land transactions in the Gemlik region.
Currently, I have authorized plots and lands in the provinces of Eskişehir, Edirne and Antalya, where I work.
I have been following the land market in the Thrace region for the last 1.5 years, even though I am not working full time.
We also established our qualified website for the region.
Apart from these, our marketing efforts abroad continue.
As a result, I think I have reached a certain stage on the way to becoming an expert land real estate agent in the Bayramiç region.
