The selling price per square meter of zoned land in the coastal area starts at around 20,000 TL. It's also very important to meticulously check the zoning regulations with official institutions, as many areas and plots are within protected historical sites.
As I was leaving the region, the following thought crossed my mind: The Geyikli-Assos coastal strip is the Bodrum of the Marmara Sea.
If you are considering buying land or a detached house for investment purposes or for future appreciation, finding a bargain in the region is extremely difficult.
Bargain properties are mostly sold off-the-table before reaching the market.
Nevertheless, I am optimistic about the region's attractive future value appreciation. Considering the rapid development of high-speed rail and road transportation options...
