As I was leaving the region, the following thought crossed my mind: The Geyikli-Assos coastal strip is the Bodrum of the Marmara Sea.
If you are considering buying land or a detached house for investment purposes or for future appreciation, finding a bargain in the region is extremely difficult.
Bargain properties are mostly sold off-the-table before reaching the market.
Nevertheless, I am optimistic about the region's attractive future value appreciation. Considering the rapid development of high-speed rail and road transportation options...
