The TBM-1 Lighting Ceremony was held on the Halkalı-Ispartakule stage of the Halkalı-Ispartakule-Çerkezköy-Kapıkule High Speed Train Line. Speaking at the ceremony, Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloğlu said, "Our 3.1 million people in the region will reach the Halkalı-Istanbul Airport Line, Sirkeci-Kazlıçeşme Line, and the metrobus at Söğütlüçeşme Station via Marmaray." he said.

Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloğlu also attended the ceremony.
Making a speech at the ceremony, Minister Uraloğlu said, "The implementation of the Silk Railway Project, which is considered the shortest, safest and most economical corridor between Asia and Europe, is one of our most important international projects." he said.
