Huge sale in Maslak plazas area The land used as a parking lot is sold for 36.6 million TL

A plot of land to be sold in Sarıyer, Istanbul attracted attention with its price. The sale of the land located in the plazas area in Sarıyer Maslak is carried out by the Istanbul Real Estate Sales Enforcement Office.

25/748 shares of the land located in Istanbul province, Sarıyer district, M. Ayazağa District, island 1, parcel 23 are being sold. It was stated that the real estate in question was the land of demolished buildings on Maslak, Dereboyu 2nd Street.

The size of the land, which is currently used as a parking lot and is located behind Noramin City Center and Spine Tower Plaza, right next to SUN Plaza, was announced as 6 thousand 91 square meters, and its equivalent was 2.

The sales price of the land in Sarıyer Maslak was determined as 36 million 640 thousand 949 Turkish Liras.

The first auction for the land will be held between 5 July and 12 July, and the second auction will be held between 5 August and 12 August.

It was stated that the land offered for sale due to the shareholder's debt was declared as a risky

building in accordance with Law No. 6306 and that there was a construction right in exchange for flats in the name of A****R İnşaat. There is also zoning of the land.

According to Sarıyer Newspaper, 25/748 shares of the 6 thousand 91 square meter land on Maslak Dereboyu 2nd Street, corresponding to 203 square meters, are being sold.

According to the price requested for the part of the parcel in question to be sold, the square meter price was determined as 180 thousand Turkish Liras.
